Just wondering, I made a druid, what lvl would I be able to go farm all my permafrost wiz/mana items?

I recall camping the goblin alchemist at level 24. The tough part was getting there, but back when I was levelling up Vox was being poopsocked and I could find a high level person to help me get to the room.
