I think this was improperly flagged as a Velious mob.
It first appears on EQ Atlas in September 1, 2000: http://web.archive.org/web/200009010...eldofbone.html It may not have originally gone in at Kunark release, as it was not present on this June 2000 snapshot: http://web.archive.org/web/200006191...eldofbone.html I posted this information elsewhere but I think it was archived or deleted when the NPC bug forum was removed.
