Suggestion: Add in global PvP announcement

I think it was TZ/VZ that had the yellow global announcement that so and so player killed so and so... it was GREAT for getting more PvP in the game and made PvP more exciting...

The only reason why im against this is because it broadcasts to everyone whos fighting who, where, and usually whos winning. This is information that the rest of the server shouldnt have so easily for a lot of different reasons.

Even zone-wide YT alerts people who may have gotten lazy w/ "who".

Always been solidly against YT for the reasons above.

Population should start increasing a bit after Christmas with the /assist changes. It's holding pretty steady right now...we all need to wait and see what happens after the holiday season.
