Full screen- no mouse cursor?

This is more of an annoyance than a serious problem because I can still play in windowed mode, but whenever I try to go into full screen mode, My mouse cursor disappears. I know it's still there, because if you move it around, you can see it effecting things like bringing up tool tips and so on. You can also glimpse fleeting visions of it. This is the same in live.

Has anyone heard of this issue, and maybe has an idea of what might be the cause, or what I might try to fix it?

I have an NVidia 8800M GTX card and am running Vista 64 bit (I have 4GB RAM). Not sure what other info might be helpful.

I've already tried upgrading the video drivers.

Overclocked card? I only ask because many years ago when I'd overclock my GPU, i'd always lose the damn mouse cursor.

Second, make sure you install/reinstall dx9 & dx10

It appears I have DX11. Must be that Windows update thing, because I don't remember getting even DX10.

Also, I haven't overclocked anything.
