It would be total bs to rez someone who has taken that kind of exp loss from their own stupidity. A rez for him cuz he decided to not only bind in a stupid spot, but to afk there and on a pvp server where exp loss is part of the penalty of doing stupid stuff? That's ridiculous. That'll learn him to type /camp next time.
