Default Wall textures

Brand new XPS Laptop

Geforce 550M video card w/ updated drivers.

Getting this type of texture flickering issue on a lot of walls. Those are the only textures that flicker (rock, walls, floors). Thoughts?

I copied over my EQ install from the old computer but then ran Duxas installer when my exe didn't work anymore. Rest of the computer works perfectly. I've yet to see an issue in another program or game.

You had an issue with the executable not working too? Since EQ doesn't install anything to the registry I'm not sure if this will actually fix anything, but maybe re-installing the game will work for you. You could always try a different graphics driver too.

I had it with the "old" driver installed on the laptop out of the box and the newest one I updated to. It feels more like a setting needs to be tweaked or something, but I can try a fresh install.
