Rathe mountains incorrect lizardman faction spawn

At loc 2400, 2240 in Rathe Mountains there is a camp of lizardmen, 2 are on one type of faction and there is a third (was a mystic) on the other faction thus two of them conning indifferently and the last ready to attack.

No clue if that is how it was on live, just weird seeing it.
