The spells file hasn't been modified since 3/28/10. AFAIK it doesn't need an update.

my pegasus cloak had unknown effect last night, still gave me lev but couldnt click it off the icon was solid red.

I have not tried since though.

Same, relogged, updated my spell files, still does the same thing. On two different machines

the spell files got changes a patch or two ago, go back to the setup guide post and d/l new files

pegasus cloak still doesnt work, just downloaded new eqchanges zip and reloaded eq....tis be a no go!
