Considering Null already talked to me in private one night about how some things he wont change unless we can provide proof of a pvp imbalance, then... yeah that is what people are going to do? Though it can be done without crying. Simply laying down facts that are reasonable and not fantastical is not crying.

1) I like the way classic was , however i feel it favored casters too much

2) Null your system is actually favoring casters more.

3) IF we divert from classic, id like to see melees get the advantage and NOT casters

If we start doing balancing, this quickly turns into a custom server and not like the one we remember at all. Yes casters gank easier 1v1, but buffed and bard speeded melee dominate in group pvp. You can't really balance one part of pvp without causing huge imbalance elsewhere. EQ pvp is juts not balanced, I just hope they try to get it as close to original as possible.

u guys are missing the point

the fact is they are trying to balance it , they are just going in the wrong direction

my point is either balance it the RIGHT way (favor melee), or leave it alone.

melee are already getting massive resist check advantages and nuke dmg reduction

as it is when melee get geared its roflstomp time , at least casters get to own till then
