Error DLL1?

showing character screen like i don t have updated patch files, says error DLL1, i have all the patches i was just playing !

I think my computer is blocking the wsockdll.32 file , and im not too good with computer lingo but an educated guess is that this could be blocking the hacker detector and since im not downloading it it wont let me play? just a guess but everytime i just to put the patch 13 into my EQ file it blocks that.

And here I thought you ditched us. You have any antivirus programs running? First thing I'd do is try to kill them to see if that's causing it and if so, set that file as an exception.

i set the file as an exeption, my computer has labled it a trojan virus and will not let me run EQ now lol

lmao i cant seem to fix this,i restarted because my antivirus said it found and fixed a problem, and to restart, now eq doesnt work and it is definitely linked somehow to EQ and possibly that new hacker detection thing? i dunno
