In outdoor zones yes. In dungeons, no.

The onus is in you to so the right thing.

Also use common sense, if you are impeding a group or player from getting XP by pulling mobs they need, then it isn't allowed. Not hard to avoid groups though and the mobs they'd be pulling.

Which is why they had to ban it from dungeons and partly why AE is limited to 25 now.

If only that logic applied to the Holiday Quests. There's about a dozen players on Green between level 20-35 that just could not string together a few kills in Sol A these past weeks because every loser sweatlord came steamrolling into the dungeon and killed mobs that others were camping.

inb4: "They should petition"

Some of those players straight up quit. And you wonder why THJ and Quarm were so popular, and why the raid scene is full of the same tired ass losers for the past 10 years - with very little fresh blood coming in.
