So when the last patch dropped, it caused something to break in regards to IP exemptions. My kiddo struggles to login while I am logged in. He gets "failed to connect" message at login screen, or a blank server select.
If I log out entirely, he is able to log straight in without any issues, then I can login and we can play just fine. But if he logs out for any reason, I have to logout as well before he can get back in. | ||

Sounds like the patch might have changed how session tokens are handled for exempted IPs. When both accounts share the same IP, only one gets validated.
You can try this: Clear the login cache for both accounts. Re-create the IP exemption entries manually in the settings. Restart the server/service after saving the exemption list. After doing that, both logins should work simultaneously again. | ||
