Game Mechanics: Hit for 28 max at lvl 15 ( Paladin )

Hi all, my lvl 15 paladin hits now just for 28 hps (Max) at lvl 15, my hits 2 days ago was 40 hit hp, my weapon is a 2H sword 40 dly/ 21 dmg, im in Permafrost now and with a goblin even its hilarius...using Lay Hands i just take a 20% off of the hps of mob, hiting of 3, 8, 28(max), 11.....so the final is run to the zone almost dead. I think this damage patch its very very hard...how may i up my char with this dmg deal? i hope you think again about the dmg patch.

Until level 20 you really aren't supposed to be able to hit hard and at 28 or 30 damage bonuses start kicking in. It forces you to go group but that was a classic mechanic.
