Going Link dead every play session

Hello, I have been having a issue with going link dead at least 1 or 2 times during my play sessions. NPCs and PCs will disappear, I cannot cast any spells and the only way to fix it is to do a /exit. I started on green back in 2019 and this was never a issue and I just started playing again a few months ago. Any insight would be appreciated.
