i completed the quest involving page 74.75.76 of the diary.

it hands you the book, with brewing recipes.

but the recipes are absent from the book.

You receive Garsen's Brewing List, a book containing a list of "the best Brews of
Norrath," but not their recipes.

I rewrote the quest to be multiquestable, and added some missing text to the npc.
