Cannot log onto blue on one account only, but can log onto red/green
Has anyone ever had it where you cannot log onto the blue server but can log onto every other server? I also tried on my other 2 accounts and log on just fine. I get the "unknown error occurred" on the one account to blue only

Is it when you select the blue server (and you can't even get to the character select screen), or is it when you try to login to a specific character?
If it's the latter, can you try logging into a different character, or making a new one?
