Default Is Ghoulbane quest active on Green or drop only?
For PALs, Ghoulbane drops in Guk, but at some point a quest was added as an alternative. Does anyone know if this quest is active on GREEN?

No, it's not. And I don't believe it will be added until approximately one year from now.
