Desyncing - Stability issue?

I've had my internet hiccup sometimes and it produces desyncing on the server. (p99 Green)
Its only a 5-10 second lapse then it reconnects without in-game "You have disconnected." screen.

- Players were starting to swing at nothing
- NPC positions weren't updating in real time
- Server logging (combat, chat, etc) / visual updates did not "catch up"

Zoning appears to lag out completely, end up sitting on server screen for about 5 minutes for the server to realize you are LD.
