Cleric Rez Spells

As I recall, there were no rez spells until 49 in classic (at least when the game was first released).

I this correct and if so, is that the case on Green/Teal?

If we do have the 29/39 versions, do either return exp?

The 29 and 39 spells are in and restore 0% and 50% respectively.
