Viable Classic UI?

I've searched the old threads and it sounds like most of the classic UI's were abandoned.

I'm looking for a classic UI that has multiple chat windows AND has the mirrored loot window that gives a view of your character looting.

If you can find that 3rd person perspective, let me know :P I miss it. I don't think it is possible with newer clients.
