Launch Error

I installed EQ Titanium and did the file transfers and deletions. When I try to launch the game I get a "You can not attach a debugger while playing Project1999" and then I get a "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click ok to close the application" error. I installed the EQtitanium under the folder Project1999. I run on a windows7 OS. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it? Thanks.

Have you excluded the EQ directory from AV scanning?
