Game Mechanics: poofed item on trade

Tried to trade FS Greatstaff in FOB to another player. No trade window opened, and got text in window saying " Soandso has cancelled the trade." Item is gone.

If you re-log when you appear back in-game the item should be on your cursor.

Wizard is correct. I have seen this happen a couple of times to guildies since Kunark launch and each time camping then logging back in fixed the problem. The item should be on your cursor when you get back.
