Game Mechanics: Can't Meditate

Hi guys. First off, Yes I put a couple of trainings into Meditate. When I sit and/or put op my spell book, no med increase shows up. EVER!

Then, When I zone or log out, the skills book shows that I don't have any training in meditate.

It doesn't happen to any other skills. I'm a level 7 druid. Any ideas?

Druids don't get Meditate until level 8. Placing training points into Meditate before level 8 in an attempt to circumvent that reality will have no effect. Once you reach level 8, everything will work fine.
