NPC Spawn Issue: Captains Orben and Ashlain both under the world.

Can we get a reset, would a better temporary fix be to have them be static rather then roamers, because they are not protecting anyone this way and their quests cannot be done.

Nm seems to be back, probably sporadically dissapearing due to the known npc path issues, if he reappears this often, then people can still do his quests easy enough.

it's already been posted, so they's know. Ezuen summoned him out of the wall for me once, and Nilbog had respawned him.

Captain Ashlan is suffering from a current bug where npcs are getting lost and not finding their way home.

I spawned him again on the overlook, can't promise he will remain there though!
