LOIO - a stuffed barracuda doesn't spawn

Description: Working on the second iksar shaman cudgel quest and trying to find the stuffed barracuda, he wasn't in LOIO. I swam around the entire lake several times and the only fish I saw were 2 deepwater barracudas (and they weren't pathing either). I killed both of them several times and they only respawned as more deepwater barracudas.

Relevant NPCs: a stuffed barracuda

Relevant LOCs: +851 -264 should be one of his spawns

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Head to LOIO
2. Look for a stuffed barracuda and get the quest items to drop

Expected behavior:
a stuffed barracuda should be somewhere near +851 -264 at least, if not more spawns, (see evidence) and it should have a very quick respawn time.

The barracuda was a real piece of cake. Its not a giant stuffed barracuda, its just stuffed barracuda. Spawn time is like 30 seconds and it dropped the skull all 3 times I killed it. It spawns almost right in the middle of the huge, underwater dome. Its also near 2 broken off pillars sticking out of the water.

Yeah that'd be great if you could get a loc or something. I swear there should be more fish in LOIO as well.

Fixed, pending update.

The stuffed barracuda was too rare. It can be found near the loc you mentioned above and surrounding waters.


There are like 11 barracuda spawns. Should there be more than that?

I was out there for a while, unable to locate any spawns

I believe this is still too rare. I found and killed the stuffed barracuda, and he dropped fish scales. I have continued to hunt him for about 5 hours, split in to 1 and 2 hour pieces, and haven't seen him again.

agreed, i spent a total of about 5 hours over 3 stints and no sign of the beast anywhere in the whole lake
