Willowisps (low priority)

Willowisps should be social. Presently they are not.

In addition, I could swear that willowisps in West Commonlands had a unique take on the name, 'Will O Wisp' (possibly with hyphens), but it's been too long for me to remember with certainty...I'll try to research it.
