Swamp of No Hope - Crusaders on wrong faction - Resolved

Description: Crusaders Litia and Savot both appear to be on trooper faction. I'm indiff with troopers and either dubious/threatening with crusders everywhere else. Apparently it's classic to have slightly different cons depending on the crusader, but I don't believe these two should be that far from the norm.

Relevant NPCs: Crusader Savot, Crusder Litia.

Expected behavior:
They should follow other crusader faction.

Evidence/Research:
Mostly the lack of comments about them having abnormal faction.

But beware, every now and then Crusader Savot, a wandering Iksar newbie guard, wanders by killing things like the deputies in Misty Thicket. And he doesn't much care for anyone except other Iksar. He killed my level 29 cleric in less than 10 seconds.
