There's a ChatFontSize in the eqclient.ini file (http://www.onlinegamecommands.com/everquest-tweaks/ has documentation). I suspect if you change that it will fix things, but I'm not certain.

Also a random page I saw suggested:
Quote:
right click on it
set it as default chat
/chatfont 5

I think the default is 2 or 3 isn't it?

Can definitely change it in the eqclient.ini

The eqclient.ini was 3 not sure if that is default or not.
I tried 4 and 5 last night but it didn't work the font stayed tiny.

Default is 3. Command is /chatfont 5. No size. Has to be typed in every box for it to take effect. For it to stick next time you load up he game you must exit the game via camp quit exit. If you just /q or /exit nothing will be saved and you will have to do it again.

You can't go higher than 5 if you need font to be bigger I suggest lowering your resolution so you can read the font it will help a little bit but not much.

If you used brackets in the actual command like you did in the thread title, then you are doing it wrong! Should just be the number. Make sure you're typing in the chat box you want to resize the text in.
