Lord Pickclaw loot inconsistency

Been camping on red for a bit, and Lord Pickclaw seems to drop both pre- and post-revamp loot. Specifically, a Grotesque Mask (and not Grotesque Alloy Mask). So far the other armor pieces, weapons, and medallions have all been post-revamp "Black(ened) Alloy" items. I have not seen every Wiki-listed drop so far, but perhaps someone could check into his loot table when convenient.
