Quest Issue: "Huge Mushroom Head"

This used to be for a Shadowknight quest in Grobb.

This drops off of the Spore Guardian in Innothule, who's a somewhat rare spawn probably because the roaming level 50 guard (Basher Nkekta) at the North of the zone kills everything he sees. According to the allakhazam link it used to be for an SK quest - does anyone know which one, and where I could find information on it? Is it in place here? I don't really feel like googling "Huge Mushroom Head" again for obvious reasons.

The trick is to add something to your search that wouldn't be found on porn :P
