NPC Spawn Issue: Tserrina Syl'Tor in ToFS

As recently as a few weeks ago, Tserrina Syl'Tor respawn rate, appearance rate and loot table were very different. I can't find any evidence on Allakazams that this is supposed to have changed.

Old Rates (from 100+ hours in ToFS)
Bats Respawn: every 20 minutes like the rest of ToFS
Tserrina Appearance Rate: 1 in every ~6 bats
Robe Drop: 1 in every ~6 kills

New Rates (from this past week)
Bats Respawn: every 60 minutes
Tserrina Appearance Rate: 1 in every ~12 bats
Robe Drop: 0 in past 23 kills

Would you mind having a look to see if this was an unintended consequence of recent server changes?

I been there farming a robe as well for week. And i am talking 9+ hrs a day with no luck. Pop time right now is for sure 1hr repop time. Also can tell u in under 24hrs time i have seen 4 names out of 48 pops. Plz look into this so i can get my robe and move on lol

Have been here for the last week also, part of the time grouping with these other players, sometimes soloing.

The spawn rates are definitely something that don't seem normal. One spawn every 6 or so hours just doesn't seem right.

When I farmed my robe a couple months ago her spawn rate wasn't too bad. I want to say on average one per round of bats.Took about 6-8 kills to see everything on her table.

The May patch should have given her a surname and perhaps everything else was corrected in the process.

According to Magelo, the robe was a very rare drop.

u were crazy lucky to see all loot in 6-8 kills or something is wrong. we have killed 20+ easy names with no robe(most likely more like 30)

According to Magelo, the symbol (6), whip (4), staff (4), and robe (1) dropped a total of 15 out of 63 times. We know that's simply wrong since she always drops one of those four so I don't know if Magelo is the definitive source here.

We're now up to 0 robes for 27 named kills. This is starting to feel a bit broken.

Farmed her roughly 3 months ago. Was getting one tserra every bat clearing. Only once did I not see her in maybe 8 clears but two full clears provided two Terra. 2 robes, 2 staffs, 1 whip, rest were necklaces.

No changes were noted in the patch, but I will research and make any necessary changes.

the robe doesn't look that rare, we wanted two Symbols and it just dropped once..though people said it was the most common item (besides of the mage-only item, which dropped every time)

In the time we were there she popped 10 times. Waiting on spawns we cleared other floors. 60sk and I a 60 enchanter..was pretty easy, fast fight. She hits about 150 or so but mostly casts. Dropped 2 staffs, 4 symbols, 6 soul gems and of course, her key everytime.

She drops Tserrina's key and the Harnessed Soul Gem everytime and one piece of other loot. The symbol appears to be the most common followed by the staff, the robe, and then the whip. The key she drops is the master key and will work on every mirror in the tower (expect for the broken ones in the mirror room).

Fought her 4 times. Won 3 lost 1...She dropped keys and the mage item every time. Whip first, Symbol second and robe on the last kill.

Think we killed her three or four times the night I was there and Got one staff and One Robe.

killed him about 10 times, dropped 3 staffs, 4 robes ( :-) and the rest symbols... robes are WICKED

Finally got this robe tonight. We killed her two times, first time she dropped the soul gem and the Symbol, second time she dropped the soul gem and the robe. I'm a happy Necro.

Says this is a common drop? My guild mates have camped her the last two days, killed her about 12 times - so far with what I have seen: 9 symbols, 1 whip, 2 staffs, and 0 robes. Maybe its just bad luck, since the robes are what we are after.

In summary, data might support this being an uncommon drop, but not rare or very rare by any stretch of the imagination.

It seems that during the May 30, 2001 patch on Live they added a last name. This patch was implemented back on January 31, 2016 on p99 and I would guess the robe drop rate was changed either intentionally or unintentionally at that time.
