Unkempt Preserver at Sro AC Camp?

I have a question about the AC camp in sro before I report it in the bug forums. I just killed the PH's at 10am, waited for respawn at 8pm gametime. At that time "unkempt preserver" spawned. Green-con at lvl 41, druid mob. I wasn't aware that this was a spawn native to South Ro. Can anyone who has camped the AC in SRo before confirm this? Can't find anything on the net about this mob spawning here.
