Question Community poll - Progression guild?

This is part of a tl;dr but I'll keep it short.

Is there any interest in a progression guild system? (Next summer probably)

The server is over, empire won big time. I'm wondering if outside of goin hard in the paint, are any of you interested in just playing for fun?

Basics:

2-3 small competing guilds, leveling to a certain point and then focusing on gearing for the next event.

This is not a full time guild, during the time locks you would probably just meet up on weekends to scrap. Play your mains whenever you want.

Only allowed to use items that are available within the level range.

This isn't a race to be the best, we're looking to battle for fun with similar items and level ranges.

Guild would be founded on fun and without the burden of trying to take over the server we have more time for player made events.

I also have roles for the twinks that would enjoy a slaughter.

Looking for people interested in creating player quests/events for pvp or select item rewards.

It's about fun within the realm of everquest, borderline meta game.

No guild restrictions, this is open to anyone who wants to play. Don't have to disclose your identity, minimal risk to your eq rep.

If you're interested in a side project message me or post here and I'll send ya the essay about this idea that I typed out. *Disclaimer* it's pretty lengthy.

I have played in several progression guilds over the years. I didn't get very far, but it was still fun!

Coolio, I played in one once upon a time ago too, it was a blast. I don't really see this going end game, maybe early 50s at max unless a miracle happens.

Fun to fantasize about 18 players running around and battling eachother for the sake of pvp. The player events would make up a lot of it.

The best case scenario I see is a few grps of mid 20s to 30s sparring on the weekends on fay. I have quite a few player quests cooked up too for extra pvp based rewards. The slight bummer is, by putting on these events you kind of miss out on them, but, I kind of like the event master idea too. I wouldnt mind seeing group based objective pvp quests with both risk and reward for the players here. Example might be escorts, seige mode, mini botbs, stealth ops, the list and potential goes on and on.

One of the factions could def be all gnomes, I'm still workin on the teams aspect of it, it was pretty much open to all race classes, but a more specialized approach could be fun
