Default Closing Laptop Freezes EQ (Win10)

So, like the rest of the gullible masses, I upgraded to windows 10.

I used to be able to close my laptop and open it and resume doing all the things I was doing before--EQ included--on Windows 8.1. Now, unfortunately, I'm able to resume everything I was doing EXCEPT EQ. When I try, it simply shows me the last image with a functional cursor and everything. I know that the client is still running, as I can issue commands. (For example, typing the ole /q still logs me out, and gets the display updated).

Anyone know a workaround so I don't have to relog each time I close my laptop?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Just found my own work-around. Pressing alt-enter to maximize the window and then pressing alt-enter again to return to original size works to refresh the display, in case anyone was wondering.

For most graphics issues a quick Alt+enter twice fixes it.
