Since apparently I can't edit my post. Wanted to mention the Venomous Axe has a 85 pt DD that procs at lvl 1. Very good twink wep.

Just want to point out that it doesn't proc at level 1. I bought one and am 10 and getting the your will is not sufficient. Not trying to thread crap but I feel pretty swindled.

That's a bug. It's supposed to proc at 1 far past velious. Really the only value of the weapon.

It's definitely supposed to proc at 1 and was told by multiple people that it did. I'm sure its just a bug that will be fixed. Sorry for any misinformation just went with what I was told.
