PSA: <Good Guys> 10 member loot council...(theory thread).

...almost had to make a big call on repop.

We all know they ditched their members to try snipe PD, oh how a real of them, we also know that a Crown dropped.

My theory question is: if Azrael..I mean good guys killed PD, how would have the 10 member loot council figures out who'd get the Crown?
