No Spell Effects

Hi, I've logged into and have been playing the game without any issues, but for some reason my spell effects wont show at all, i just started today with v36, went into options messed around with the display options but I cant get them to show, any advice?

Make sure you overwrite and merge the patch on every option and that you have admin rights. You either didn't overwrite spellsnew or the SpellEffects folder.
