Quest Issue: Monk Shackle quest #1 possible issue

Attempting to combine the required 4 items in the First Rite Pack fails saying that I cannot combine these items in this container type. My only assumption is that something with the Skipping Stone change may have broke the quest or I have somehow managed to miss something completely.

Thanks, Nilbog. It is entirely possible that I screwed something up, then. I will check again.

I also realized that my last screenshot didn't work. Re-uploaded in a smaller format, if that helps.

Actually, I just figured out my mistake - I was using a scorpion pincer instead of a large pincer. Sorry about that, user error.
