Shadowbound Boots Quest
This quest seems to be broken. Im suppose to find a shadowed man behind a building in Mistmoore, who I have to hand a flower into get a scepter. The npc looks like a female human not a "shadowed man" on my screen and when i turn the flower in she says GET AWAY FROM ME! and she doesn't give me the scepter [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] anyone know this problem?
