high latency

I'm experiencing high latency going from 90 to 1000ms n bouncing up to 100000 n down. especially in the karanas. the server lags and i get lagged response when conning or casting spells/songs. any clue what it may be? Some other zones have me around 120-500 avg. others are fine. Any help is appreciated Thanks!
