Lomarc spawning twice in South Qeynos

Lomarc has devised an evil clone of himself in hopes to reach NPC domination in South Qeynos. I saw two of him down at the docks. STOP HIM BEFORE THE WORLD ENDS!

One of these was supposed to be Den Magason, fixed this and all related quests while I was there, pending update.
