I killed Kirak Vil earlier today in Nektulos for my Paladin epic. He dropped an item called Words of Misery.

Per the wiki this is a post-2003 research component for after researched was revamped.
We're only on Sep 2000 of the Development Timeline so I figured I'd report this in case it needs to be removed.
