Game Mechanics: Low Blacksmithing Trivials

Since the recent patch removing many newer tradeskill recipes, I've been using the recipes here and here to raise my smithing. However, the trivials in P99 are considerably lower than the ones reported in the website for some of the combines. The ones in particular I've seen that are too low are forged throwing daggers, scimitars, javelins, and picks, but I can only assume the issue applies to most or all of the basic forged weapons. This is nice if you want to actually forge these weapons, but it's a pain if you're trying to use them to skill up your smithing.

EDIT: This is also the case for the banded trivials; I just hit trivial with boots at 95, but the website reports 135.
