NPC Spawn Issue: Spiroc Lord / Spiroc Guardian

Killing the Spiroc lord while the Spiroc Guardian is up, or killing the Spiroc Guardian while a Spiroc Vanquisher is up is resulting in the correct instant respawn of the lord/guardian, but 8 hours after the death of the first lord or guardian it is also respawning. Which is causing there to be 2 Spiroc Lords or 2 Spiroc Guardians up at the same time.
