WinEQ full screen

I have to use WinEQ or I get this error
The Instruction at 0x0...reference memory at 0x0.... The memory could not be read.

Running in WinEQ works fine except that it's windowed and the commands Shift Alt F or Alt Enter don't switch to fullscreen.

Any solutions?
