Miscellaneous: Skulking Brutling choppers

The "skulking brutling" mobs in Warsliks Wood should be dropping Shattered choppers commonly (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=5957) and Intact Brutling Choppers as its rare. I have killed around 20 so far and haven't seen either one drop.

Mine dropped after 4 kills so might just be bad luck.

Just got it after about 4 more kills! So I guess I was just unlucky or it's very rare. So I guess the only issue (though a minor one) is that the shattered choppers do not drop.
