WTS Pegaus Feather (Levitation) Cloak Services (back in business)

I am willing to sell you a Pegasus Feather (Levitation) Cloak for 2.5K per hour* spent it takes to get the cloak.
*If no cloak drops in this time frame, I still charge a rate of 1K per hour.

However, there is one stipulation, I require you to bring 2 other individuals with you to assist in camping Quillmane spawn points.

What you are paying for is someone who knows exactly which mobs are placeholders and will ensure that you get Quillmane spawns, as the mobs are no longer able to be targeted by tricks such as "/target #".
