This thread is awfully ethnocentric.

It's time to stop hating on other cultures and embrace the diversity of human behaviors. I say we encourage these men and women to emigrate to the united states and participate in the free exchange of customs and ideas.

The fact that a good portion of them hate Westerners and would like to chop our heads off might get in the way of any "free exchanges of customs and ideas".

Ask Sweden (or any of the other European countries letting in droves of Muslim immigrants) how wonderfully they're meshing over there. They certainly are sharing their diverse cultural behavior with their host countries.
