Merchants: Lady on the Roof?

I was turning in Diseased Wolf Pelts into the Temple of Life in Qeynos when I noticed someone on the roof of the small merchants house opposite of the ufo. I thought it was a player, but it turned out to be a merchant named Whysia Flock, standing on the roof. I don't think she sells anything too important, just overpriced weapons, but unless you have Levitate you can't reach her.

Many posts already about mobs on buildings. Its a Zaxis problem that needs patched.
