At 59, the longest level in the game, you're looking at about 7-8% a pull, or about 15% per hour.

Chardok AE is good, but isn't super worth it til high 40s / low 50s imo. Can do standard PLs before that easier usually. If you're a pb aoe class, bard PL is legit til low 50s.
